Elder Forum Meeting

Darren Horrigan RN, Administrator of Nursing Resources attended the Elder Forum meeting at the Wood County Senior Center on September 8, 2010. Presentation was done by Judge David Woessner. Wood County has seen an increase in contested litigation in inter-family disputes over estate planning and implementation. Topic addressed were, Guardianships, Conservatorship, Emergency Mental Illness Cases, Power of Attorney (POA) and Trusts.
